Does it matter what I think? Hello. Very interesting lecture. Thank you. Didn't know but it makes sense, the word Abrakadabrah... To the person stating insincere people are very unhappy - may not be true, one would have to do a survey - are you insincere? Therefore, are you unhappy? One never knows what goes on with insincere people, whether they are happy or not. Sometimes it's best not to let someone know what you're thinking, in which case, insincerity is safer than hurting someone's feelings.
tHINKING AND DOING Very few people recognize the importance between thoughts and speech and actions. No question that a healthy mind is the key to a healthy life. Insincerity is when your thoughts and speech and actions do not go together. People who are insincere are very unhappy and unlikable people. To be a whole person, you should think, speak and act as one person.
