Another great learning experience ,this Jung Lady is awesome to listen to, love her philosophy she makes you understand how great Hashem is and gasping for breath with awe. Can't wait for her next lecture,would like to hear her on a regular basis.

God had to create nothingness If you follow Reb Luria, there was only Ain Soph who had to withdraw and create room for creation. So one could argue that He first created nothing and then continued as you said to create time, space and everything else.
