Can't share this recipe cause you added oil. Bo one needs to ieat oil. Oil is for candles snd light. Eating oil is extra fat no one needs, oil has no fiber. Why ruin your lentil soup with oil? Reply

Whole food fats, olives with fiber, tahina, nuts, nut butter, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, freshly ground flax seeds, avocado are whole food fats that are needed. Oil with excess calories, no fiber and exceptional inflammatory activity is not helpful and causes endothelial damage. Reply
