"I don't fast well."

Oh! That's is priceless! Didn't catch that line, the first....um....8 times I watched this video. Thankfully, I actually fast very well. Very easy for me to fast. Once I am not eating, not eating is not a problem for 20 hours or so. Those last hours are some work, but what's 4 or 5 hours? Not much.

I spoke too soon. I did not complete my fast on Tish B'Av. Disappointed in myself. Maybe as one gets older it gets harder? Or maybe it is easier to fast when those around you are also fasting and you have that 'energy." I am not sure. Maybe. I guess this soul just was not committed enough.:-( Reply
