I Versus I

Am I Responsible For the Entire World?
from the upcoming book ”Wisdom to Heal the Earth”
Think of yourself. As far as you are concerned, if you are gone, everything is gone. And the same applies for every other person on this planet.
Enter another person’s life as you would enter a whole new world.
There are times to bend like a reed in the wind; times to act as a stubborn wall against the tide.
The ego, too, is G-d’s creation.
To be human is to live a paradox without resolution.
Harness chutzpah and change the world.
Be humble yet brave, sensitive yet stubborn.
To achieve wonders takes a heart both humble and fearless.
To become full you must be empty. To receive you must be still.
Become transparent. Let your soul shine through.
Ego clouds your inner power.
The score is handed to us, but the music comes from our own souls.
You did some wonderful things today. Tomorrow, you'll do even more.
Ego is crucial to your life’s mission. As long as it doesn’t believe it is your life’s mission.
Be G-d’s partner. Take ownership of your life.
It's in your hands. It's not about you. It's about what has to be done.
Avoid loneliness. Make room for those who are not you.
The first step in moving forward is to leave yourself behind.
You are a somebody because your purpose is everything.
Whatever you find yourself being, be the opposite as well.
You only know you're sincere when it doesn't come naturally.
Embolden your awe of heaven and diminish your fear of human beings.
In smallness lies the power to receive. In receiving lies the power to become great.
Your life's mission must be hidden from you. Otherwise, it wouldn't be your life.
The less space you occupy, the more you own.
You are not your thoughts of you.
Your soul yearns like fire. Harness that power.
Humility is a sensitivity to that which lies beyond.
The quiet hero finds less resistance.
