Are we to listen or not to listen to the Rebbe's instruction of not showing non kosher animals (except for Zoos) to our children? Reply

in response to Yid:

I'm not speaking as a Rabbi but it would be allowed for educational purposes. "In Nature's Wonderland" was a column in the children's periodical Talks and Tales, published from 1941 to 1989 by Kehot Publication Society (the publishing arm of Chabad-Lubavitch).

The column brought a wide-eyed world of wonder to its young readers, covering science, technology (of the 1940's!), and marvels of the plant and animal worlds. Its focus on the appreciation of the awesomeness of G‑d's world is a timeless theme that can be enjoyed by old and young today. (Chabad's website) Reply

Good message but a little bit annoyed by the way it is delivered. Maybe use a little bit less intromissions of the reptiles to develop more the idea. It gets too interrupted. Reply
