Together, we can transform the darkness of this world to a more powerful light than there ever was before, even at the beginning of creation.

We all complete each other; each of us has gifts and talents that others lack. When we work together, we can achieve wonders.1

But it is important not to get distracted by conflict. As we are all so different, we will not always agree. From G‑d’s perspective, conflict only exists to lead to a greater unity afterwards.2

If we are able to hold this perspective at the time of conflict—realizing that this is only happening to bring us closer—soon we will be in a more powerful agreement than ever before, and we will have a truly redemptive approach to conflict resolution.
