You came on stage with a script in your hand. The script tells of you, the hero of the story, bringing light into places of darkness, repairing that which is broken, healing that which has fallen ill, creating beauty from scattered fragments of everyday life.
Your soul is tied to that script. Without it, you have no reason to be here. For you were conceived within that context, born to fill that role.
And should you fail to perform according to script, what then?
That is when you become the master of your own story.
Because then you must write your own script, one that can heal even that which you yourself have broken.
And your Creator who conceived you and conceived this entire plan, what will He think of this new script you have composed?
He will laugh in delight, exclaiming, “Look at my child! She has written her own script!”
This wisdom fragment has two questions
1.- : Do you follow the script given to us since Har Sinai and further Scriptures ?
2.- Can you make your own script and improve what was given to us in question 1?
It seems to me that following number 1 is the way to go because you already have the guidelines, while in question number 2, you make your own guidelines -using free will- but you must follow it also to a t..
H' rejoices if his child improves the script but the point would be will he apply the new script
to truly improve him/herself and the world, or will he just do what is convenient? If H' rejoices it is because His teaching were applied -even if in a novel way.
