Living with fear, anger and sadness Bu staying in my inner soul, I can be like the infinite light and stay above. staying above is important. How to not respond to the things that arouse fear or anger or sadness in my outer self consisting of my mind and my eyes and ears is my question. There are so many things that set my anxiety in to gear. My motivating factor is my children will heal if i can do it Reply

I tell myself "this too shall pass" I give it no power over me. Meditate happiness and when the fear, etc. is aroused repeat/meditate on the word "negative" until the fear is erased. Reply
