Loved this. I always give away my unopened chemetz to a local non- Jewish food bank. But the opened items I sign the contract for a non- Jewish person to have if needed. But my wonder and thought that I'm playing with semantics. Which really bothers me. I often wonder if Hashem did a 2nd exodus what would Hashem view my keeping it in my apt as ownerless.? I realize it is for nullification of my own puffiness and sin, But I still struggle with keeping it locked up. Can you please clarify my concerns. Reply
