Why be angry about your faults? Did you expect to be born flawless? Have you labored so hard as to have achieved perfection?
Anger at your faults is arrogance, and of a very self-destructive form. Every failure becomes pain, every pain becomes a gruesome punishment. But nothing changes and the faults persist.
Look as objectively as you can at your faults, see what needs to change, and say, “This is what G‑d gave me to work with.”
No one said you must finish the job. But keep trying. The One who made you knows how hard you've tried.

We live in bodies that have very limited abilities to see, hear, smell, taste, and touch. Our senses (in billions of bodies at the moment) all use the brain and basically all using touch to put together images/video scenes, sounds that are very limited in what they can hear, smells and tastes that we like or dislike, and all together put together personal/shared memories, collecting concepts and narratives we live by but do not agree with the Creator at all. They are imaginary.
The Creator gives us the ability to realize that we are beyond our bodies, to mentally reach above ourselves and look down and see the chaos we have been contributing to. There is but one “I” that is actual. There are many “me’s”, each one struggling for some sort of meaning, to save their souls. But there is only one Soul also.
Work this out for yourSelf.
