One year before Rosh Hashana, my friends and I began to share what our "New Year Resolution's", would be. At the top of the list was "reaction", you know, the "negative kind." I thought oh yeah, I can go there in a heartbeat! However it wasn't good for my heart. I decided that I would keep a more positive outlook, understanding that everything is not about me, instead I will pray for help realizing the problems and pain that another person is having. Positive reactions, will raise our energy to a much higher level, that will in turn give us solutions, and kind words that will cancel evil intentions, with loving kindness. Moving forward my constant reminder is "Today, I am standing before God." It works!
