This got me realizing I have no idea how a dam works. I thought a dam holds water back. I never thought of it as unleashing power. I tried to "google" it but was met with too many technical details about the actual mechanics of certain types of dams. I like the idea that the power is within us to change but the older you get, the harder it is and it is hard to know how to change.
