Looking from the heavenly realm, all G‑d’s creatures look very good. He has great delight in all He has made.
But when one person makes a point of another’s faults, that heavenly delight is transformed into a cloud of pain and anguish—over the very head of the one who spoke those words.

I should write everytime i love these words od daily wisdom. Today needs clarification or harm will be done to the reader. Today's wisdom is situational, only beneficial in specific situations. It is not all encompassing wisdom in every situation. In most situations it is human intervention, human confrontation that reveal other people's faults and Torahless behavior. It takes another dose of wisdom to recognize what situation your in. Blessings!

Delight to Anguish
When it comes to abuse of a child or elder, ethically and morally, not only do we need to protect them, but it is also our legal obligation to be report abuse - one must be willing to go to court and attest to the facts. At the same time, we do not need to gossip or cast allegations about the abuser; if the abuser is convicted, the facts will be a matter of public record.
In the case of our critters, there are no kill shelters. I have learned that if one ensures the animal is current on shots and if one provides food and perhaps a financial donation, staff will bend over backwards to accept the animal.
I understand I can't save the world, but I can make my backyard a sanctuary ... as a result, a possum has lived under my deck for around 10 years. I keep out food and water for the birds and squirrels - several of "my" squirrels have become tame enough to take a nut from my hand.
I also rescue cats; my current cat is a Maine Coon. She won't accept other cats after 13 years!

The Final Edition
G_d sees the final picture - A harmonious system that resembles His heavenly quality of mutual unconditional Love.
Through our corrupted egoistic nature we see a corrupted world.
As we change our corrupted attitude, we will begin to see a new picture -a new world.
There is a pre-destined hierarchial order for each soul to correct. The first group lead the others until every soul exists in unity and Love - a perfect image of the Creator.

All G-d's creatures receive little compassion from human species Sadly, ALL G-d's creatures are not extended compassion from the human species. In fact, for the most part, G-d's creatures with four legs are exploited in every imaginable manner, including animal production, transport, slaughter and our dogs and cats are abused, starved, abandoned and killed by the thousands in animal control facilities (animal concentration camps.) USA is no better than a third world country in the manner in which we treat our helpless animals. Reply
talking about others faults
If the fault of the other person is the cause for poor communication in tough situations then in order to promote change sometimes it may be called for to point something out to another who is blinded in their own self.
For ex. if someone has a low self image then they usually think they are inadequate or express their low low self esteem and talking to solve communication problem ends up defensive and impossible.
Isn't G-D's secret hiding place in a dark cloud? so my question is the dark cloud is created by pointing out anothers faults..then Hashem in his secret hiding place hears the reasons and the intent for pointing out the faults??
So is the person pointing out a fault always at fault just for pointing out a fault? By Hashems' mercy he might bring his love to help another.

So is it like your damned if you do and your dammed if you don't! Example : if someone abuses my child I should not let him or anyone know what crime has been committed because a cloud will cast upon me and let the unprotected innocent child of another be vulnerable to such a crime? I guess think of only myself and not someone else's child or I just live under a cloud? Wow don't get it!? Why hurt both ways? Reply
Delight to Anguish Rabbi Schneerson, what a lovely insight! I don't know if other readers noticed your choice of words "make a point" but I interpret that to mean, making a person's faults stand out. I believe we do need to speak the truth and if a person's faults are impeding communications or hurting others, that is simply telling the truth. I interpret "make a point" to mean drawing unnecessary attention to someone's faults--even our own! We should not denegrate ourselves either as we are loved by G-d. So, perhaps others will look more closely at your words because I think, and believe, what you said is very true. Very, very true and I thank you for penning it and publishing it.
