Words and Deeds
Even with words from the heart, sometimes they are not welcomed or heeded.
Proverbs 9:7-9, "Correct someone foolish and receive nothing but retribution, but correct someone wise and it will be appreciated for they realize they will become all the more wiser." (paraphrase)

A great way at looking why some people don't pick up what you're saying and I agree; but some people aren't listening or even accepting what you're saying because they've closed their hearts and minds off to all words. That sounds terrible, but some people have closed minds because they either think they have all the answers or they have just shut down.
