Hitting children is missing the point completely! What does this have to do with what the message is for us? The Chabad fragment talk about cooperation: one human being can complete another human being, and together they can make something better and even perhaps complete. Hashem tells us that is not good that Adam is alone, so Chava is given as a companion cooperation here is the point.; we are incomplete by ourselves and joining somebody else in a project that brings fresh views to it is better than doing it alone. We all need others., and cooperation makes a better world. Hitting is not included ! Reply

If there are complaints then please delivered them to whom it is responsible YOU can be as upfront as you desire but I don't want to be the recipient of those arguments. I am here because I love the fragments which are teachings of the Rebbe, whom I met a long time ago, and the interpretations that people give in the discussions. I can disagree with those,. or I can become enriched with them. That is my role here as a Jew who knows her subject and try to learn even more. If Chabad is not your cup of tea why are you here? We need to remember this when dealing with political differences and the drama of emotions people have when discussing who has or has not been elected. Fear may happen because of the antisemitism in history. It boils down to a Truth we forget. G-d said that the Darkness will not overcome the Light. In this boiling pot of human endeavors to establish governments our G-d will not evaporate. Can we guard our mouth, our heart and promote peace amongst resentments and anger and see ALL people are hoping for best? Hope for Moshiach to arrive bringing Hashem’s correction restoring us all to Israel? Practice the mitzvot of loving our fellow human beings? Reply

Hi Mr. Balur M.
I am wondering what you mean when saying not hiding behind philosophies? What philosophies? Religious or political? Living in the Diaspora as we help or hope to work towards fixing the world for a Jew means being true to who we are. We are the people of the Book - the Torah.
How do we live out the truth we know? That does not involve hiding. We do not need the culture at large to accept us or our life style. Our loyalties are to Hashem first and foremost.

Taking responsibility
Forgiving the man who bashed in the 4year old child head, could also be doing a correction of the soul who might have been you, the man or the child, whatever is in your enviroment is your responsibility wheter you like it or not,
A family can heal a community, a community a country, a country can heal a world, but if the family are fighting, the community is fighting and then the whole world fights, its happening people, in your country in your communities and in your families,
So start small, start with yourself and your family and see the difference in your community,
You right G.d gave us a brain, it begins with us using it for a higher purpose, think big,
It requires the same amount of effort as smaller thinking,
Or simly ask the question, "What woudl G-d want me to do here? What would G-d do?

I heard that there were no jails in Torah.
Teshuvah means a half circle turning around.
If this person decides to abandon his behavior and LEARN TO DO GOOD!
Then can be a return to community.
A person needs to be taught how to do goodness. This is helping others who need it.

Multifaceted being.
I like Tzvi!
Today I finished a project called "Passing The Baton"; a family gathering to be held on Sunday at a very nice banquet place.
I also must be the most disliked uncle in the family because I insist in taking responsibility and being accountable for your actions.
This advice by Rabbi Tzvi Freeman in dealing with people makes my day. To all those relatives who responded late and made a simple task a nightmare I will now know how to respond in a very human manner.

Why Tzdakkah is so important.
Focus should be on victims.
