Unimaginable Journeys

We are on a journey to reclaim all the light that once shone within our soul. We took it for granted. Then He withdrew His light to conceal His presence.
Now we must effort to come closer to G_d through building the good intentions between others. Each step closer brings a greater light between us.
Finally we will be rewarded the abundant wisdom and goodness from the highest light of love that connects us into one soul that has features beyond our imagination. Reply

Without pain there’s no pleasure, meaning how can a soul appreciate the pleasure of traveling higher an higher without the experience of remembering the pain. Nothing worthwhile is ever achieved without the pain of climbing the ladder to the very top or journeying down the path till we are exhausted in our bodies, minds and souls. When our spirits do reach that long awaited journey and we’re sure we gave it our all then we can smile,
give a big sigh of relief and know beyond a shadow of a doubt we gave it our best shot with every ounce of faith we could muster up to reach beyond the stars to get there. Reply

strongly agree with Naomi's comments (May 18, 2009) - that although we know there is a larger plan, we still feel the stabbing pain of the crisis moment and all that goes with it - denial, running away, coping mechanisms, etc., eventually, we realize G-d has the plan, personally speaking. when my mom became ill years ago, i wanted to run far away, drink, hide, yet even back then, it occurred the only logical place was to talk with G-d, since obviously nothing and no other human being could have a clue what was in my heart. thank G-d for G-d, who has gotten me through everything! unimaginable journeys "There is no medicine, other than the faith that every journey the soul travels takes her higher. Some so much higher, she cannot even imagine their meaning. Until she arrives".

But are all of us capable of knowing that we've arrived when and if
we ever reach this place ?
i.e. G-d might know this but some of us may never know.
Do some of us go without ever knowing that we've accomplished a mission for which we were created or reached this place?
And if so , isn't it better to focus solely on the journey itself and let go of the need to know the purpose?
Perhaps for some of us that is how we rise above ourselves. Reply

Unimaginable journeys I understand Carmen's perspective. Although we know in our minds that a larger plan is at work, our hearts still feel the sharp stabbing pain of the moment.You said, "There is no medicine." And I would have to agree. But oh, how many of us have tried to drink, pop, buy, bet, or essential-oil our way out of the pain. Then (hopefully) one day you realize that all those bandaids only stop you from healing the wound. "She" I like the use of the female pronoun in this one. I don't know whether that has to do with your discussing the soul and thus linking the ethereal with the feminine, but it is a refreshing welcome after reading so many "he's" and "his." Reply
