The idea of the betrothal and wedding is: “Behold, you are sanctified to me” - where two people will be connected only to each other - and when those gathered [to celebrate] express their joy and blessings to the couple - it must fit with the same idea, and at least not contradict and conflict with this.

The setting of mixed dancing is: for a woman married to one person to dance with another man, or for an unmarried girl to dance with an unmarried boy with no need for the marriage and betrothal at all, etc. And this is done in public and with commotion, etc.!!!
