Thank you very much for your letter of the 3rd of Kislev. I was most gratified to read the good news it contained, especially that your announcements will now contain also the time of the end of Shabbos.

May G‑d grant that you should always have good news to report both in communal matters as well as in your personal affairs.

I will remember you in prayer in connection with the tests which you mention. I would suggest that you should have your Tefillin as well as the Mezuzoth of your home, checked to make sure they are Kosher, if this has not been done within the past 12 months.
