But the most wondrous thing in any human life is when someone messes up real bad, gets trapped in the wreckage, and then turns around and creates a great life out of the one he’s broken.

You're right, you can do it all by yourself. You need a hand to tug on.
And also true, on the other hand, that you can't rely on anyone else but yourself to do it. At the end of the day, you're the only one capable of truly fixing yourself—even if you weren't the one who made the mess.

😊 One can be "trapped in negative wreckage" with no way out, though. That's the reality. As far as "fixing oneself" , sometimes all that remains is just PRAYER, not because I need so much fixing but because trusting the One Above to rewrite the script cuz this one isn't working so we'll, is sometimes just the only way.
