We all have limitations—after all, are we not of flesh and blood? There comes a time, however, when you have to break out beyond those limits. You’ve got to do more than you can possibly do.

Being my own best friend As a mentally ill person in this world-a world full of much stigma, what I learned a long time ago was to be my own best friend and once I could see my way to that I could do alot of things I wanted to do in life. Actuallt, that proved to be true. I have danced, sung painted and written poetry in between having breakdowns. Next month I am learning how to sew my own clothes! And I am fifty-five years old!!! No limits! Thank you for the reminder, they are many times lately, that not only do I feel limited, but the trials come on so trong I feel defeated...Your words reminds me I have a duty to Rise up Above these "lying Feelings"
