Microhealing

Holistic Philosophy This brings to mind the way that micro-economics activities can be used for macro-economic operations. After all, if (according to our philosophy) the killing of one person is as if the whole world were destroyed, then surely the healing of oneself has more significance than simply personal getting to feel better.

To my way of thinking, the way that the individual activity is connected is through the fact that many others are doing exactly the same thing simultaneously. Consequently we can better appreciate their common activities when we look at the whole effect rather than that of the individual.

Also since many of these activities are of the same kind, we would expect for there not to be so very many different kinds of them, which enables us to better appreciate what is really happening. Reply

When we realize that everything we do everyday affects both our bodies and our souls, and without a doubt, all of our behaviors both good and bad also touch everything and everyone in some way, we just might begin to take stock and be careful of what we say and do. We all have a tendency to believe we’ve the rights to go our own ways, do our own things and not think much about the trail of blessings or the pile of garbage we left behind. If we do remember to ponder on the blessings we managed to leave behind, that’s great because both us and the world have become a somewhat better place and hopefully we’ll continue on with doing good. However, if we left nothing but hatred, heart ache, or no compassion then what we’ve left behind is garbage and we probably don’t even try to recycle that pile of garbage. We as Jewish or non Jewish persons have an obligation given to us by G d to not only do good with our own lives, but to at least leave some sprinklings of good along the way. Reply

To bring harmony is something to live by every hour of the day. Thank you for the inspiration . Reply

How do I? You start by thanking Hashem for everything, every moment of every day. In this way you will develop the knowlege and faith gradually that all comes from Him, and the material will become less important.

You cannot lose something that Hashem has given you, for only He can decide when you have it and when it will be taken away. With trust in Him you will lose your fear.

Finally, no man or state can take away from you what Hashem wishes you to have. Reply

How do I ... Oh, Rabbi, how do I accomplish this. I know Hashem provides everything for us, but how do I not let materialism invade my Spiritual life? I struggle with this greatly. I am afraid of losing what He has allowed me to have and by being afraid I negelect those in need. Reply

makes sense Harmony normally steadies life. The material life harmonized with the G-dly Soul is a constant work in progress. Reply

Microhealing Do it mean, that a person brings harmony between his G-dly soul and his material life, when he obeys all 613 mizvot?
Is it a gift of heaven to find such harmony?
If not how can I find it by myself? Reply

Micro healing Every person and thing is connected to every other person and thing in the universe. This is both on a higher and lower level. Therefore, rectification of our soul and body not only affects this world, and the upper worlds, but the entire universe. In fact, bad behavior here can destroy entire galaxies light years away. is it that the man who does not bring harmony between whole of heaven and earth affects others by not attaining his levels? because as it was mentioned that the man is a microcosm of the entire Creation. Reply

Deeper still... Even as man is a microcosm of Creation, consider the reverse to be even more true. As man suffers the pain that comes in sin, all creations groans, perishing till the Ancient One redeems and restorse us and creation. Reply
