By the Grace of G‑d,

Brooklyn, N.Y.

Blessings and Greetings!

I was pleased to have received your letter, and many thanks for your attention to write to me about your life's main events and of your thoughts and your inspiration from the activities of the Lubavitchers, etc.

I was especially glad when I read your words that they aroused in you a desire, will and curiosity to be closer to their way of life.

May it be G‑d's will that you will go in this direction, from strength to strength, in actual deed, for the deed is the main thing, and may G‑d fulfil your heart's desires for good.

As we approach Chag Hamatzot, Zman Cheiruteinu (the Festival of Matzot, the Time of our Freedom), I hereby wish you a kosher and happy Pesach, and true freedom both materially and spiritually.

With blessing,

(Translated from Igros Kodesh, Vol. XXIX, P. 133)
