In response to your letter from the fourth day of Chanukah regarding your involvement with taharas hamishpachah and your request that I influence Rabbi Jung to travel to your community for this purpose.

According to the information I received from Rabbi Jung, he is traveling to our Holy Land for a few weeks. Even when he returns from this journey, he would not be able to travel to your community until he receives a letter stating that the Rabbis from your community support this effort.

If, as it appears from your words, you desire to organize this matter, you must obtain a letter stating that the Rabbis support this effort.
