It's difficult not being perfect. It's not easy to be perfect. Yes you can capture perfection in a picture or moments. But real life has challenges. There is a saying youth is wasted on the young---well that does't necessarily have to be true. All the young people learniing G'ds wisdom will be an inspiration to us all. And when we think wisely even to our old age when we might have less capacities for perfection our pictures can be beautiful as we connect to our essence.

When Life seems too challenging I help teach students in a hospital. One day a student and I witnessed the death of an infant. The student later asked me how I can reconcile my faith in G-d with the death of infants and children. I told her that I considered the death of an infant to be a reminder that we all live here on an imperfect earth and not in heaven. As G-d's people we are not charged to be perfect but to fix what is broken in this world and accept what we cannot fix. We trust in our Holy G-d to take care of the remainder. I consider that notion to be the centre of my faith. Reply
