Simplicity
Keeping ones life simple is paramount to good health. It also doesn't stop with the mind. Ones home, office, and even car should be kept uncluttered, organized, clean, and simple. In todays world we are all bombarded with external stimuli. We have no time to just stop and smell the roses and talk with G*d.
I'm a Marine Corps Veteran and a veteran of the Beirut, Lebanon Peacekeeping mission 1983 (22nd MAU). I came home a bit messed up, physically and mentally due to what happened over there. I spent 27 years hiding from the word on my Grandparents farm, because of PTSD issues. When my Grandparents died, I had to leave the farm, and it wasn't long before I was taken to the Boise VA for treatment for PTSD. One of the first things that we worked on was how to unclutter and simplify your life. For me, that was achieved through meditation and prayer. The more I meditated and prayed, the easier it became, and the more simple my life became. You have to practice at simplicity.

simple and earnest what a beautiful thought and way of living. (now, to simplify will take more calm and quiet, at least for me! have been working on that, and it does make life feel gentler) Reply

Earnest And Innocent It is by a humble and contrite heart that the simplicity is accomplished. Moshe' wrote the plain truth as the LORD revealed it to him. We must learn simplicity for in it are the deepest truths. G-D keeps thing simple it is we who make thing very complicated. Simplicity through innocence is accepted by G-D as we learn to receive the knowledge HE grants to us. Yes the deep things of G-D stem from simplicity. Reply

I would like to know what and how one should do when targeted by Bullyism-and-Persecution, beside the Fact that one may/must be simple and earnest (it seems that this is a Cause that makes one be bullied-and-persecuted); thank you very much, and Blessings
