Greetings and blessings,

From our friend R. Henoch Hendel Havlin, I found out that you have been — Heaven forbid — not well for several weeks and that your sleep is not as it should be.

When I visit the gravesite of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, I will recall you and your wife for those matters that you need. Certainly, he will arouse mercy for you that you both be granted long and good years.

In my opinion, you should check the mezuzos in your dwelling. Before going to sleep, you should learn at least several lines from the sichos of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, and you should, as best as you remember, picture his holy visage. With G‑d’s help, I hope you will see a positive change and your sleep will improve.

With blessings for long and good years in which you can add strength to your Torah study, performance of mitzvos, and good deeds.
