In response to your letter notifying [me] of the improvement in your wife’s health. Certainly, she should continue to heed the instructions of the doctors and remain strong in her trust in G‑d that everything will take place at the appropriate time and in the appropriate manner.1
I would also suggest to you that before going to sleep (i.e., before reciting Kerias Shema before retiring), you should recite the psalm [beginning] Yancha.2Afterwards, you should recite the verse [beginning] Yancha again. While reciting the verse, you should have the intent that it is as if you had in mind all the [mystic] intents that are relevant.
