Greetings and blessings,
In response to your questions:1
a) If it is possible, conclude the study of the entire Mishnah at the time when the recitation of Kaddish is concluded.2 On the day of the yahrzeit, make a Siyum3of a tractate [of the Talmud].
b) With regard to your desire to visit the grave of your father within the year of mourning for your mother although she is also buried there:4 Stand slightly distant from your mother’s grave and recite [your] prayers only over your father’s grave.
c) With regard to the custom of reciting the Maaneh Lashon5at the graves of one’s parents and at the time of the erection of the gravestone, ask the Rabbis of the chassidic brotherhood living here what is their custom for these matters.
With blessings for success in your studies, [accompanied by] the fear of Heaven. [This will lead to joy, as is written:6] “The precepts of G‑d are just, gladdening the heart.”
