Greetings and blessings,
..It1 is related in the name of the Alter Rebbe that: “one should not force advice on another person.” Nevertheless, since you write to me about your situation and that you wish to [relocate and] move across the ocean, it appears to me that it is much more appropriate to try [to immigrate] to one of the South American countries rather than to the US. According to the information received, it is easier to establish oneself there, because most of the immigrants are coming here [to the US]. When a person does not have the issue of the education of his children weighing on him, one of the primary obstacles to settling there is removed.
To close with wishes for proper health and that you establish yourself well in both material and spiritual matters:
From one who seeks your welfare and blesses you,
