Greetings and blessings,
Your pan1was received and, without committing myself with a vow, I will read it tomorrow, the day of the hillula,at the gravesite of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, הכ"מ.
The tzaddik who has departed, who is found in this world more than during his lifetime,2 will certainly grant his blessing, and G‑d will fulfill it, in both material and spiritual matters.
With blessing,
Menachem Schneerson

With3 regard to your moving: since according to the opinion of your relatives in Eretz Yisrael you will be able to establish yourself there relatively easily, and my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, הכ"מ, already agreed to your moving there — may it be in a good and auspicious hour, and [may you establish yourself] easily and well.
With blessings that you establish yourself well in both material and spiritual matters in the very near future.

R. Avraham,4 we must bring the Rebbe back down here. Like this, it’s difficult; both for me and you. And who benefits from it?
With blessing that you will share good tidings soon.
