Greetings and blessings,
Your check for charity to be given at my discretion was given over by your brother R. Yaakov HaKohen. Enclosed is the receipt.
As I hear from your brother, you recently opened a dry goods store in Miami. I would like to wish you success in your new undertaking. May it be a source of abundant sustenance, both spiritually and materially.
Your donation was applied to the work that we are carrying out, with G‑d’s help, in North Africa where we have established a network of educational institutions: a teachers’ institute, a yeshivah, a yeshivah for younger children, a school for boys, and a school for girls. All carry the name of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, הכ"מ — Oholei Yosef Yitzchak-Lubavitch.
The work is developing and growing, thank G‑d, from day to day. Certainly, all those who participate in this holy task will be blessed by my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, הכ"מ, with crowning success in material and spiritual matters.
I hope to hear good news from you from time to time.
With blessing,
Menachem Schneerson
