Chabad Niggunim. This one is called the Nikolayev niggun, although there are a few more Niggunim with that name. Reply

I read in another website about this instrument. It is called "כתר" (I'm not sure if it's prononced "Keter" or "Kesser"). It was costume made by the musician playing it (Nadav Bachar). Reply
