“Every day, the Torah must be new to you.” (Sifrei)
Torah is our life, and life is here and now, forever new.
Which means that for you to be truly alive, the Torah you learn today must touch the core of your soul.
And the same tomorrow. And the next day as well.
To live with Torah is to be forever newly born.
If you focus on your awareness instead of your imagination, you will see that it is ALWAYS NOW! You have never gone to the future or gone back in time to the past, of any duration whether long ago or just now. Now is all that you can focus on, ever.
The Torah leads you to the Living Truth that you can live. Everything else other than NOW is merely imagination, not actuality.

I have come to realize to live in the Torah is the main purpose in life, Besides Hashem & his Torah are the only existence on this planet including Colors & Numbers. Why else do we repeat the instructions of the Torah yearly, until Hashem will live with us in the 3rd temple, we are stuck in the Badmidar, & live our life with the Torah! Everything else is an illusion & distractions? Reply

For John C Shore The Torah is called in scriptures "a tree of life for those who grasp it." You are correct that only G-d can give life. But the Torah is the channel through which He dispenses it. Reply
Live now. With all due respect, the Torah cannot give life. Only G-d can give life. The scriptures gives us directions on how to live a life that gives honor to G-d and witnesses to others that there is a G-d. I would like to read your reply as words on paper can only give you advice. Reply
You are correct that only God gives life, but Rabbi was telling us God left the Torah and the Bible for us where we will find life giving direction to live a life of peace until we die and move to our next home in Heaven. Reply

Revealing the Secrets in the Torah
Each time we are able to perceive the deeper level of meaning or internality of the Torah, we connect with life of the soul - we raise our consciousness and see a new world.
On the surface, the externality of the Torah seems to speak about people, places, wars, floods, kings, a story about a nation etc. beyond this clothing there is embedded the deeper level:
The internality of the Torah describes how we transform our qualities step by step, to the same form as G_dliness.
Eventually, "...the world will be filled with the knowledge of God"
