A Convert’s Status Nowadays: Likutei Sichos vol. 26, Mishpatim sicha 3

The Rambam details three steps needed for conversion, including bringing a sacrifice in Temple times. So what is the convert’s status today when no sacrifice can be offered?

Thank you.You mention when they left Egypt. My wondering..
1st they decided to leave Egypt, even if as slaves. The "slave mentality". That we do not deserve better.
After that they sacraficed the lamb. It was more to show Egytians that they followed the wrong gods.
The lamb blood on door post (inside home). To show us that our God was who we listened to.
Then they physically walked away from Egypt and slavery.
They accepted the 10 utterances (until 40 days later. Shavout.)
This was their convertion.
Before that Ruth just accepted all that Naomi did/lived.
So each version was 1 step more then the last version. Kng David came out of Ruth's blood line.
Moschiach is king David's lineage. That to me, sounds like the 3rd step.hence, Moshiach sacrafices the (what is technically the10th) red heifer.
The sprinkling for being around death. There is hardly anyone, except a kohen, who has not been around death. Since that is a communal sacrafice, it is done instead of individual. "Bulls of our lip Reply
