Relax! Relax everyone while you remain eager for chapter 4! Of course, IKS didn't quit on us. Pesach was only a little over a week ago! These webisodes by normally talented people would take so much longer to create. It's amazing and unbelievable that we receive this brilliant gift as frequently as we do! I'll bet IKS has spent more than one sleepless nite getting chapter 4 ready for us all. I'm also betting we won't have to wait much more than another day or so.
