Model Matzah Bakery: Hands-On Demonstration

Is square shamurah matzah okay for the Pesach seders or is there a reason it should ideall be round?
It doesn't need to be specifically round, but that's the natural shape of handmade matzah. Square matzah is made by machine, even when shmurah flour is used.
