When this matter— that only G‑d possesses these seven qualities —becomes clear, and understanding of the true kindness of the Creator is strengthened, the person will trust Him and give himself over to G‑d’s will. He will leave the running of his life up to G‑d, and he will not suspect that G‑d is judging him improperly; nor will he be angry regarding that which the Creator chose for him, as King David, of blessed memory, said (Psalms 116:13): I shall lift up a cup of salvation, and I shall call out in the name of the L-rd. He also says in the very same chapter (ibid. 3-4), I found trouble and grief, and I called out in the name of the L-rd.

King David did not call out in the name of G‑d only when G‑d saved him, but also at times of trouble and grief. Just like King David, a person who has bitachon will thank G‑d for every single experience.

Also at times of trouble and grief. In fact, halachah dictates (and it is learned from these verses) that a person must bless G‑d even when something (seemingly) bad befalls him, thereby acknowledging that it all comes from G‑d ( Nedar Bakodesh; Pat Lechem ).

bottom line
Anything that happens to you comes from G‑d. Let this be a cause for joy, calm, and peace.

It only makes sense to rely on G‑d, because only He possesses all the seven qualities that are prerequisites for complete trust in another being. Contemplating this will bring a person to full reliance on G‑d—to give over his life to G‑d, and to be accepting of all of G‑d’s decrees.
