P.S. I duly received your letter written on the auspicious day of Chai Elul. Surely you will let me know if there have been any further developments with regard to your efforts in behalf of those you meet with and try to influence in the right direction. May G‑d grant you success to bring them closer to our Father in Heaven. These are the auspicious days between Rosh Hashanah and Yorn Kippur, about which our Sages say that this is the time io which the Prophet alluded when he said "Seek G‑d at the time when He can be found." For although "G‑d is near to all who call upon Him" all year round, this is the time when He is particularly near to us. It is, therefore, an auspicious time to make good resolutions to increase one's efforts in strengthening true Yiddishkeit to the utmost possible.
You write that you are somewhat anxious about the fact that your wife has not as yet conceived. But surely you and your wife have the fullest faith in G‑d, Whose benevolent Providence extends to everyone individually and of Whom it is said "He makes everything fine at the right time." Moreover, such faith in itself goes a long way towards the fulfillment of one's heart's desire for good.
