Addressing members of Israel’s Defense Mission in the audience, the Rebbe explains the importance of Israel maintaining a large defense arsenal.

Given the political reality in that part of the world, a large arsenal of sophisticated weaponry is the best way to maintain stability and ensure that the weapons will not need to be used.
