A Nation Under G-d – Farbrengen

One of the Patriarch Avraham’s great first deeds was not only the promotion of monotheism, but the credo that G-d is “Master of the World.” G-d is the Master of the World in the occupational sense; this is what he does constantly. He fills the entire world with His presence and guidance. The United States now finds itself with the ability to influence the entire world as Avraham did, and shouldmay not isolate itself, in the spirit of the Founding Fathers’ beliefs. Under our Constitution, no one may be coerced to believe in a particular religion, but all should believe in the existence of one G-d, Who is active in our lives. Government funding should be appropriated for educating children about the presence of a Higher Being.
