At a rally for children, they sing before the Rebbe a new song of Tzivos Hashem.

The book of Genesis relates that on the fourth day of creation G-d created the two luminaries; the great luminary, the sun, to shine by day, and the small luminary, the moon, to shine by night.

In an army, there are certain times when the soldiers are intensively involved in training and active duty, while at other times they are granted time to rest.

The Tzivos Hashem anthem is sung for the Rebbe for the very first time.

“Indeed, the righteous will extol Your Name; the upright will dwell in Your presence.”

Coordinators of the children’s rally receive rolls of dimes from the Rebbe, to distribute to the children for charity.

The following talk, as others in its genre, was meant as encouragement for the underground Russian Jewish movement. Some of these talks or their translation into Russian would be broadcast on Radio Free Europe, reaching the oppressed peoples of the Soviet Republics.
