Yup! The Rebbe’s teachings tend to do that! It’s special how the Rebbe finds such relevant “perspective shifting” messages within the scholarship of a Rashi.

If something is originally permitted but becomes forbidden because of a person's actions that violate the Torah, what does this teach us about human responsibility in turning what is permitted into something prohibited? Can this principle be applied to situations in our daily lives? Reply
