hand Tefillin Dear Rabbi Gordon,

I have a question on the hand Tefillin. Shouldn't the hand Teffillin be on the left arm regardless of whether or not a person is left handed. I say this because if a Person is left handed and wears Tefillin on his right arm then it is no longer on his heart but his liver..... How can this be seen as Kosher when it clearly says in the Torah, bind it on your heart? Reply
