Just days before his passing on the tenth of Shevat in 1950, Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Schneerson, the Rebbe’s father-in-law and predecessor, published a discourse titled “Basi L’gani”. The discourse expounds on many ideas from the Torah that highlight the importance of making this world a dwelling place for the Divine Presence of the Almighty.

The discourse expounds on many ideas from the Torah that highlight the importance of making this world a dwelling place for the Divine Presence of the Almighty.

It seems daunting; sometimes it may seem like an impossible task. But in truth, the odds are with us. The world that we’re trying to change doesn’t actually need changing at all. It’s merely a matter of uncovering the Godliness and restoring the divinity that belongs here.

all the solutions are there and many people have told many people what needs to be done. but who actually is doing it? we need more people to actually DO the things that need to be done. and do NOT do what needs to NOT be done. Reply
