Hello. I am a normal Caucasian man, 32 years of age and have a family of my own. I'm not racist, antisemitic or have any ill feeling towards anyone, truly. I have reached out to Jews on internet forums and also in person to rabbis but i cant get an answer to my question. I have seen many movies about Judaism, and read many books including the Torah. I am not Jewish.
Why do Jews keep getting persecuted throughout history? I do not understand, and i do want to understand. Your people does not seem to do anything else than believing in something different from others. Why is this such an issue? Do you treat other people badly? I do not think so. Every Jew i have met have been inviting and kind. I really want to have a discussion about this topic, but i cant seem to find an answer. This keeps coming back in history, and i think its important to understand, at least for me.
