Does one kiss the mezzuzah EVERY TIME one passes through any doorway in the home, or just the front door upon entering/exiting, please?

You don't have to, but you could. Many today have the custom to touch/kiss the mezuzah every time they enter or exit a room.

Good question. There is a reference to touching the mezuzah in the Talmud, and Rabbi Moshe Isserlis subsequently added a note in the Shulchan Aruch (Code of Jewish Law) about that. See
