Rabbi Shmuel of Lubavitch's Melody: 13 Tishrei, 5748 • October 6, 1987 -- Rabbi Shmuel's Yahrtzeit

This melody was a favorite of the Rebbe Maharash and is known today as Lechatchila Ariber. Its tune and its name represent his famous adage on dealing with challenges: "The world says, 'If you can't crawl under an obstacle, try to climb over,' but I say, 'At the outset, one should climb over!'"
