An address to the International Conference of Shluchim: It truly is a global mission, for it includes also the non-Jewish nations of the world. They have the responsibility to make this world a civilized place through the Seven Noahide Laws.
The Rebbe joins the Shluchim and their supporters for Afternoon Prayers at 770 on the final day of the Second International Conference of Shluchim.
Whenever Jews gather, the Divine Presence rests upon them. How much more so here, when this gathering is for the sake of bringing G-d’s Torah to every Jew across the globe.
