holiness rabbi Michoel,
excellent observation - holiness is our attitude to food and sex, the physical.
This prepares us for another level of holiness, that of the spirit ie transparency as rabbi Manis calls it.
There is no such thing as the mind, consciousness, etc it is all our spirit.
We are physical (body) and spirit. Our heart is who we are. With our heart we can hear, see, touch, intuit (sixth sense). If we are trained we can also smell and taste with our heart. There is no such thing as an ego either. Reply
